One of my favorite places late at night in Portland, OR is Whiffies. A fried cake on the field of mobile SE 12th and Hawthorne food pod basket. The owner, Gregg Abbott, flakey sweet and savory flavors of cherry cobbler pie with pulled pork. Each cake is hand made fresh that day and fried in order. Amazing!
