As in the Seal and freeze food Canning Jars Vacuum

I want to cook soups and freeze them in pots and have ordered the product online will vacuum seal the jars for me. I've never canned, but I found that stride white line inside I think I can freeze in a position to make room for expansion. Should I wait until the soup away, before being cooled in the glasses? Should I buy these glasses only online? If the jars that sell Ace, etc. are not recommended for freezing?

All standardsjars (Ball and Kerr) will be placed safely in the freezer. Jars take up much space and the freezer have a bit 'dangerous, because to do so and can break easily. Clean the glass in a freezer may be the last thing to do on my list of things.

A better method for freezing soup (and many other foods) is to freeze quickly, but first as a user. I use plastic container for 1 cup broth, so it can use part of a beautiful (for lunch for one person), or I can pull off moreif I need more servings. After the frozen I pop the plastic containers and stack them and seal them with my FoodSaver in a bag. They fit better in the freezer. You can do the same thing in inexpensive containers, 1 liter plastic freezer if you need larger quantities of formats of a service.

Perhaps you should check the manufacturer's instructions about vacuum-sealing the first frozen soup, or after, and if they can / should be done in one pot. Call the toll free number formore information. I always use regular jars for my freezer jam in the freezer, and I never had one break on me.

The package says that reuse the seals. Do you recycle or dispose of them after use? Should not be reused if the lids are used for preserves. Can be used over and over again for the vacuum seal. I kept my dry goods such as beans, seeds, cereals, pasta, etc. in wide-mouth jars in all sizes and uses, eyelids several times. Finally, the old sealant and fragile, and not in possession of a seal, in which case they are thrown away and replaced. I also soften the glue on the lids in hot water before the first time on a glass vacuum.

Have you ever had the plastic cover? You know, if they are vacuum and reused when needed? I just wish the plastic cover could be sealed vacuum - that would be wonderful! I use those plastic covers on all the time, but only forThe vacuum-sealed products.

I freeze all extra homemade soup cans regularly, but I make sure that they fill only two thirds full, not so much to broaden the content and break the glass. If you are careful, you should have no problem. Make sure when you are placing hot food in jars to immerse the jars in hot water first, that do not break, while the filling. Let me cool my soups and refrigerate overnight in the freezer first.
