Monthly: dried fruit (dates, pineapple, mango, papaya, apples, strawberries), nuts (pecans, cashews, almonds, walnuts), wheat (couscous, quinoa, rice), Lara legumes (beans, I like the sensation) fruit leather bars, bimonthly, etc.: Fresh Almond Butter Cookies Vegan Ak-Mak Crackers Fresh Lemons Raw Hummus Ginger starchy vegetables (pumpkin, potato) Dark Chocolate WEEK: Red leaf lettuce with tomatoes, lettuce, spinachCucumber Sweet pepper broccoli carrots mushrooms zucchini Beets Kale oranges apples grapes peaches plums strawberry cherry watermelon melon raspberries blackberries blueberries, bananas, pears and the season was otherwise sounds good (fennel?)
